considering that a loan modification takes time i think they do a very good job and have good customer service. they go out of thier way to try and help their customers to the best of thier ability. we should all be aware that a loan modification is not a 2 month process. especially not with how backed up the banks are now a days.

I am not sure how good they are till now. I started my loan modification last dicember & 4 months later I am not satisfied yet. for the amoun of money I am paying & considering an average of 60-90 days process. I could do everithyng by my self. the problem is that the lender in my case will not listen to me. so I hire this company. now the lender is negocieting but I am running of pacience & money. would they finish my modification before I go to forclosure? I'll let you know soon. I am 90 days late & I can be 120 days any time. I will folow up my comment soon to give you the end od the story
